Playgroup Fun!

This morning, Sophie & I hosted our playgroup. Several folks were out of town or couldn't make it, but those that were here had some naked fun! Ha Ha! Here are some cute shots of the little friends and thanks to Morgan, Erin & Cayce for letting me give this shot a try!

Yuck!

I haven't written in a while, so I'll just say- Yuck! I either have a stomach bug or food poisoning, neither of which is fun. I played Bunco the other night with some other ladies and at least 5 of the 10 of us came down with the same thing yesterday. It could be the spinach we ate...Uh-oh! Or maybe one of the ladies was carrying a virus to give to us as a gift! Either way, we are feeling pretty miserable and will be glad to get to feeling better. I don't think I'll be posting any self-portraits today! Ha Ha! Have a great week!

Daddy's Home!

So, with school and training for the new International Baccalaureate program, Rob has been quite busy and, thus, not around a whole lot. Today was a great day outside, albeit windy, and Daddy had time to play with us for an hour outside! We had a blast and the kids got some much needed connection time with their dad. I decided to grab the camera when Olivia started to climb a tree that is in their uncle's backyard. Jack & Olivia have been climbing this redbud tree as long as they have been able to climb trees. I said to Rob, "You know, I really need to take some pictures of the kids climbing in that tree, as it will definitely be a strong memory of theirs from growing up." No better time than the present, right? So, off I ran to get it and these are the results of my work. Jack was more interested in playing with his dad- I don't blame him- but he did stop for a minute so I could grab a few shots with him in the tree too! They are all growing up so fast! So, in no particular order, here they are:

Too cold to play outside...

Sophie loves to be outside. Problem is, the highs are in the upper 30's and lower 40's and she is getting over an ear infection. So, instead, we just sit by the window and watch the wind blow the leaves. I look forward to warmer weather and I'm sure she does too. Here are some cute shots I grabbed today while we were playing by the window.
